Buy skateboards online in Australia, longboards, cruisers, roller derby and more online at Skate-Parts.Com We get asked all the time, "it's listed on your website, but is it in stock if I order it now?" So to help answer this question we've added a new item to every product page.
Just below the price and before the product options such as colour, size or quantity, there is now a note on the stock. It will show one of the following:
If a product is on order, an estimated time of arrival, or ETA will be shown below in the form of:
This is an estimate of when we expect it to arrive based on the time the order was placed and on tracking information we receive from our suppliers. Unfortunately this date cannot be guaranteed.
Once the products we have on order arrive we despatch them out to you with our next shipment.
If a product is not in stock, you will normally see the following in the ETA field:
This means that while we don't have it in stock and we don't currently have it on order, we will place an order with our suppliers to get it as soon as you put an order in with us.
If our supplier doesn't currently have the product in stock, then it may be possible to backorder it. If it is not possible to backorder the product than we you can change your order, or we can refund your money in the event that there is nothing else you would like to purchase at the time.

All attempts are made to ensure that our stock availabilities are kept up to date, however they will not always be accurate and there may be times where a product does not arrive by the ETA, or when an item that is listed as being in stock is not actually in stock. This could be due to any number of reasons. Please contact us for the most up to date stock availability or if you are uncertain what all this means.
