Postage / Shipping
Shipping is completely free of charge within Australia on orders above AUD $50.00 when you choose one of our free shipping options! Paid shipping options are also available.
If you are outside Australia, please contact us for a quote on shipping, or proceed through the checkout for a shipping quote with Australia Post. We ship everywhere that Star Track, TNT, Australia Post and Fastway Couriers will ship to.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days unless an item ordered is currently unavailable. If you are unsure about availability, please contact us before placing an order.
Orders will only be shipped to the physical address specified at the time of checkout, please ensure that this address is correct. We do ship to Australian Post Office Boxes except for oversize items that are not accepted by Australia Post, but for all other countries, a physical address is required.
Orders will be shipped within Australia with Star Track, Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. International orders will be shipped with Australia Post or TNT.
Shipping within Australia
- Free shipping/Standard shipping: By choosing this option you agree that your order may be left at your delivery address at your own risk if no one is available to sign for it. We recommend using your work or business address if possible to ensure that someone is there when it is delivered, especially for larger items. By choosing this option you indemnify Skate-Parts.com and it's agents against any claim for loss and/or damage relating to any shipped item that is left and agree that should anything be damaged or go missing after it has been left, replacement products will be at your own expense.
- Express shipping: Sent with Australian Air Express, this option is carried by one of the fastest nation wide carriers in Australia. Your delivery will not be left if a signature is not available, instead, it will be diverted to your nearest post office for collection with a card left in your mail box.
- Insured express shipping: The same as express except it is also fully insured for peace of mind should something happen while your order is in transit.
If items ordered are not in stock the customer will be contacted within 5 working days if we have been unable to obtain new stock within normal delivery timeframes to advise them of how long it will be before the out of stock items will be back in stock.
